Meet Haley

Hi, I’m Haley Speer, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing therapy since 2008. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and life transitions through a warm, collaborative, and results-driven approach. My clinical style is curious, compassionate and respectful with a thoughtful mix of directness, support, and occasional humor.

I began my career in project management and tech before discovering my true calling in mental health. After earning my Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina, I spent several years practicing in community mental health centers in South Carolina and Tennessee. Today, I offer online therapy across multiple states, including  New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arkansas, Tennessee, Florida, Kentucky, and Montana.
