Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Therapist
Meet Haley Speer, LCSW
Thoughtful therapy for complex strain
A steady, collaborative approach offered via telehealth
I work with adults who are under real strain, not because they haven’t tried hard enough, but because what they’re dealing with has become too much to carry the same way.

This often includes:

-
Burnout or chronic stress that’s affecting focus, energy, or follow-through at work or in daily life
-
Health uncertainty, physical symptoms, or medical experiences that complicate emotional well-being
-
Relationship patterns that are creating distress, confusion, or repeated conflict
Much of my work sits at the intersection of stress, health experiences, and relationships, especially when strain shows up both in the body and in everyday interactions and thoughts.
Many people I work with have already been trying — reading, researching, reflecting — but still feel stuck or are having trouble putting their realizations into practice.
That’s where therapy can help. You don’t need to arrive with a polished explanation or a clear plan. Our sessions can be a place to slow things down, describe what’s happening more clearly, understand why things feel the way they do right now, and figure out what comes next.

My approach is steady, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I bring a mix of deep listening, curious questions, and a practical sense of what’s realistic right now. There’s room for nuance, honesty, and even some humor.

I offer therapy via telehealth for adults in the states where I’m licensed, making it easier to access care in a way that respects your time, energy, and privacy.
If that sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, schedule a free consultation. We’ll talk through what’s going on and whether working together makes sense.
